We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join our team as Business Development Associates. This is a remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the U.S.

What makes this role unique? Each associate works within a specific industry vertical — such as Transportation, Automotive, Grocery, Manufacturing, or Retail — bringing deep knowledge, real relationships, and relevant insights that allow us to deliver unmatched value to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow a sales pipeline within your assigned vertical
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their EDI pain points
• Translate industry-specific challenges into tailored solutions with our platform
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure client success
• Be the voice of the vertical inside IEB, helping shape our go-to-market and product strategies

Who You Are:

• A confident communicator and connector within your industry
• Experienced in business development, account management, or solution sales
• Someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities within your vertical
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-moving SaaS environment
• Passionate about creating impact, not just closing deals
